Our journey is unique. We didn’t start from scratch—we built on an established foundation. When Marcio took ownership of DOIT Consultants in 2005, he didn’t just acquire a company—he inherited long-standing client relationships, deep market knowledge, and a proven service model.

With more than 20 years of hands-on IT experience, this gave us a powerful advantage: the ability to bring both continuity and innovation to the businesses we support.

For years, we followed a strong trajectory—helping businesses with 10 to 100 employees stay productive, secure, and supported through reliable IT services.

Then came 2023—a defining moment for our company.

Like many businesses in today’s evolving threat landscape, we faced a serious cybersecurity incident. It challenged everything we had built and forced us to confront a new reality: the world of IT and security had changed faster than most businesses were prepared for.

Instead of stepping back, we made a decision that would define our future.

We invested heavily—over $300,000—into rebuilding, retraining, and transforming how we deliver IT services. We strengthened our systems, elevated our security standards, and redefined our approach to proactively protect the businesses that rely on us.

That experience changed us—for the better.
